After years of never enjoying exercise, and trying all sorts of group classes, I found strength training.
I was never particularly good at anything athletic. I never viewed myself as someone who could be strong, fast, or good at sport. I certainly never thought I’d ever find a love for working out.
Feeling physically strong and becoming more active radically changed how I show up in all other areas of
my life.
Not only did I start to feel better, look better, fuel myself better, and move better — The confidence, resilience, and self-trust that I built in the gym sept into everything I do.
As a coach, I’ve had the privilege of giving this gift to people from all walks of life through introducing them to strength training, or transforming what they already know about training into a system that works for their lives.
